Vivian obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Kent in 2018. She completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong in 2021. She was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2023.

 

Vivian primarily focuses on debt capital market transactions, bond issuance and listed company compliance matters. She has experience in advising on initial public offerings, transactions and commercial disputes.

 

Vivian is proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
