Yoyo Fung obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) degree and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong, and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university in 2026.

Yoyo primarily focuses on capital markets and corporate matters, including debt capital market transactions, bond issuances, fund formation, listed companies’ compliance matters, and general commercial and corporate legal matters.

Yoyo is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
