Vivian obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2019.

 

Vivian primarily focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions which include general corporate and commercial matters, initial public offerings, as well as compliance matters of companies listed on the Main Board and GEM.

 

Vivian is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
