Vera obtained her Master of Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU). She is qualified to practice law in the People's Republic of China and has served as legal counsel for many major enterprises in the PRC.

Vera primarily focuses on financial services, including asset finance, corporate and investment lending, and has substantial experience representing investment banks and financial institutions. She also provides consulting services on general corporate and commercial matters.
