Vanessa obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Exeter. She completed her Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong.

 

Vanessa primarily focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions which include general corporate and commercial matters, initial public offerings, as well as compliance matters of companies listed on the Main Board and GEM.

 

Vanessa is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
