Tanya Yan graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master of Laws degree in Technology and Intellectual Property Law.

 

Tanya is primarily responsible for assisting our partners and lawyers with debt issuance projects, including offshore bond issuances for PRC State-Owned Enterprises, drafting offering circulars, and negotiating transaction documents.

 

Tanya is fluent in English and Mandarin, with advanced proficiency in Cantonese.
