TANG Jun Min graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) 1995-1998 with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School LLM 2002-2003 with a Master of Laws degree.

Ms. Tang is primarily responsible for assisting our partners and lawyers with capital market projects, including equity and debt transactions, as well as litigation and regulatory matters.

Ms. Tang is fluent in English and Mandarin.
