Yao Shunyi (Steven) graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2024 with a double degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). Subsequently, in 2025, he obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the University of Hong Kong.

 

Yao is fluent in Mandarin and English, with proficiency in Cantonese.
