Sophia obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2020.

 

Sophia primarily focuses on debt capital market transactions and participated in number of offshore bond offerings for PRC corporates across different provinces in China. Sophia also works on legal and regulatory compliance of Hong Kong listed companies and general commercial and corporate matters.

 

Sophia is proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
