Skyler obtained her Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2020 and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Exeter in 2021. In 2024, she completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong.

 

Skyler primarily focuses on debt capital market transactions and has assisted various PRC enterprises across sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, and tourism with their offshore bond offerings. She also works on fund establishment, compliance for listed companies and other general commercial and corporate matters.

 

Skyler is proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
