Shirley obtained her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from University College London in 2021, followed by a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering with Biotechnology from Imperial College London in 2022. She then pursued her Juris Doctor degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, graduating in 2024, and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws there in 2025.

Her practice primarily focuses on capital markets, encompassing corporate finance, commercial transactions, initial public offerings, and compliance matters for companies listed on the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

 

Shirley is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
