Sachi graduated from the University of Hong Kong and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL).

 

Sachi’s practice focuses on debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, listed company compliance matters and other general corporate and commercial matters. She has experience in advising on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.

 

Sachi is proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
