Rebecca graduated from the University of Hong Kong with double degrees in Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and Bachelor of Laws in 2023. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same institution in 2024.

Rebecca primarily focuses on capital markets, including initial public offerings, regulatory and compliance matters for companies listed on the Main Board and GEM, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Rebecca is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
