Rachel was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2023. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Hong Kong. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2020.

 

Rachel has assisted in a wide range of cases including those involving insolvency, shareholder’s disputes and cross-border enforcement. Apart from commercial litigation, she also has experience in handling corporate, listed companies’ compliance and regulatory enforcement matters.
