Advised Speedy Global Holdings Limited (stock code: 540) (Speedy Global) on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Splendid Gains International Limited, a private company engaged in manufacturing and trading of sweater knitwear products, for a consideration of HK$180 million.
The transaction was completed on 1 April 2019 and constituted a major transaction and a connected transaction under Chapter 14 and Chapter 14A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules respectively.
Speedy Global is Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in garment businesses.
