Phoebe is a solicitor qualified in Hong Kong. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong with double degrees in Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and Bachelor of Laws. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment.
Phoebe’s main practice area lies in corporate finance and commercial transactions. She primarily focuses on the capital markets, including initial public offerings, regulatory and compliance matters of listed companies under the Listing Rules, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Phoebe is proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
