Matthew obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong. He completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2024.

 

Matthew primarily focuses on debt capital market transactions covering a variety of sectors such as manufacturing, real estate, tourism and infrastructure. Matthew also works on general commercial and corporate matters, fund establishment and listed company compliance matters.

 

Matthew is proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
