OVERVIEW

Kelly obtained her degree in Bachelor of Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same institution in 2025.

Kelly primarily focuses on capital markets, including initial public offerings, regulatory and compliance matters for companies listed on the Main Board and GEM, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Kelly is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
