John obtained his JD degree and his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the City University of Hong Kong. John also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.

Currently, John is part of the debt capital market team. Previously, John also worked on matters related to listed company compliance, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and other general corporate and commercial law matters.
