OVERVIEW
Jody was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2024. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences (Government and Laws) degree and Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Hong Kong in 2021 and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2022.
She is proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Jody has assisted in a wide range of cases including insolvency, debt recovery, shareholder’s disputes and cross-border enforcement. Apart from commercial litigation, she also handles arbitration proceedings. Jody also has experience in handling SFC investigations.
