Jeff obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong and obtained his Master of Laws degree from University College London. He also obtained PRC Legal Professional Certificate in 2021.

 

Jeff mainly assists partners and associates in capital markets programmes, including debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, listed companies compliance, and other general commercial and corporate matters.

 

Jeff is proficient in English and Mandarin.
