OVERVIEW

Jean Yao holds a double degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance Concentration) and Juris Doctor (BBA-JD) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she also completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws. In addition, she holds a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of Hong Kong.

Jean primarily focuses on capital markets, including corporate finance and commercial transactions, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as compliance matters of companies listed on the Main Board and GEM.

Jean is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
