Jason Zeng obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Hong Kong and completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2025. He is also a qualified lawyer in Mainland China since 2020.

 

Jason mainly assists partners and associates on capital market transactions, including initial public offering, M&A, listed company compliance matters and other general commercial and corporate matters.

 

Jason is proficient in English and Mandarin.
