OVERVIEW
Heidi was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2024. She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) degree (major in Accounting) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Hong Kong with First Class Honours in 2021. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2022.
Heidi has assisted in a wide range of cases including those involving insolvency, shareholders’ disputes and cross-border enforcement. Apart from commercial litigation, she also has experience in handling SFC investigations and ICAC investigations.
WORK HIGHLIGHTS

Assisted in acting for a director of a Hong Kong listed company in an investigation commenced by the SFC.

Assisted in acting for a majority shareholder in an unfair prejudice petition in respect of a family-owned private company.

Assisted in enforcing Hong Kong judgments in the Mainland China under the Mainland Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters (Reciprocal Enforcement) Ordinance (Cap. 645).

Assisted in acting for a renowned infrastructure consulting firm and its employee in an ICAC investigation.
