Grace obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2024 from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same institution in 2025.

Grace primarily focuses on capital markets, including initial public offerings, regulatory and compliance matters for companies listed on the Main Board and GEM, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Grace is proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
