Freyr Liu graduated from the Peking University – University of Hong Kong Dual Degree Programme with two Bachelor of Laws from both Universities. He then completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong.

Freyr primarily focuses on capital markets, including debt capital market transactions, bond issuances, fund establishment, compliance matters for listed companies and other general commercial and corporate legal matters.

Freyr is proficient in English and Mandarin.
