OVERVIEW
Evelyn obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education in Language Education (English) from The University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London. She subsequently completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at The University of Hong Kong in 2023.
Evelyn’s practice primarily focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions. Her experience encompasses general corporate and commercial matters, initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as regulatory and compliance matters for companies listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Evelyn is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
