OVERVIEW

Elvis graduated from the University of Hong Kong and obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL).


Elvis primarily focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions. His main areas of practice cover initial public offerings, compliance matters of listed companies under the Listing Rules, mergers and acquisitions, general offers, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Elvis is proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

  • Advising Charmacy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (as the offeree company) (stock code: 2289) on the sale and purchase of its shares and the unconditional mandatory cash offer by Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited for and on behalf of Jiangxi Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Limited;

  • Participating in the mandatory conditional cash offer by CLSA Limited for and on behalf of Wuxing City Investment HK Company Limited to acquire all the issued shares of Honworld Group Limited (stock code: 2226) (other than those already owned or agreed to be acquired by the offeror and parties acting in concert with it);

  • Advising Honworld Group Limited (stock code: 2226) on the resumption of trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and

  • Providing the following listed companies with annual retainer legal services: Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd. (stock code: 2402), Honworld Group Limited (stock code: 2226), Yangzhou Guangling District Taihe Rural Micro-finance Company Limited (stock code: 1915), Charmacy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
