Ellison obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and an LLB from the University of Sussex. 

 

Ellison mainly assists partners and associates in general commercial and corporate matters, IPOs, compliance matters of listed companies under the Main Board Listing Rules and GEM Listing Rules and mergers and acquisitions.

 

Ellison is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
