OVERVIEW
Edwin is a solicitor qualified in Hong Kong. He graduated from the City University of Hong Kong in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). He obtained his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong in 2016.
Edwin primarily focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions. He has participated in a number of capital market projects including initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and compliance matters of companies listed on the Main Board and GEM.
Edwin is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
