Mr. Edward Cheung was admitted Solicitor of Hong Kong and Solicitor of England and Wales in 1996 and 1997 respectively.  He became a qualified lawyer of the People’s Republic of China 2009.  Mr. Cheung was appointed Notary Public and China-Appointed Attesting Officer in 2006 and 2015 respectively.  

 

Mr. Cheung’s practice mainly includes notarizing documents for use in the People’s Republic of China and notarizing documents for use in countries or regions other than the People’s Republic of China. Besides, Mr. Cheung has over 25-year experience in handling probate cases including cross-border probate cases.

 

Mr. Cheung is proficient in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
