Dicky obtained a BBA degree from The Open University of Hong Kong and a Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law from the Manchester Metropolitan University.

 

Dicky is a Associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. He mainly assists in general commercial and corporate matters, IPOs, compliance matters of listed companies under the Main Board Listing Rules and GEM Listing Rules and mergers and acquisitions.
