OVERVIEW

Dexter obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong. He completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2021.

Dexter primarily focuses on debt capital market transactions covering a variety of sectors such as manufacturing, real estate, tourism and infrastructure. He has also participated in number of offshore bond offerings for PRC corporates across different provinces in China. Dexter also works on general commercial and corporate matters, fund establishment and listed company compliance matters.

Dexter is proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
