Darryl obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the City University of Hong Kong and completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2018. He was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2021.

 

Darryl’s practice focuses on debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, listed company compliance matters and other general corporate and commercial matters. He has experience in advising on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, transactions and commercial disputes.

 

Darryl is proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
