OVERVIEW
Mr. Daniel Ting obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2021. He completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university in 2022.
Daniel primarily focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters of companies listed on the Main Board and GEM.
Daniel is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
