Cyrus obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) from the University of Hong Kong in 2023, and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same university in 2024.

Cyrus primarily focuses on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and debt capital market transactions. He also has experience in private equity investment, legal and regulatory compliance of Hong Kong listed companies and general commercial and corporate matters.

Cyrus is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
