Connie obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Finance) from the University of Sydney. She also obtained her Juris Doctor Degree and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2022.

 

She had worked in an accounting firm and one of the major banks in Hong Kong.

 

Connie primarily focuses on debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, fund establishment, listed company compliance matters and other general corporate and commercial matters.

 

She also has experience in advising on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, transactions, tax, corporate restructuring and general corporate and commercial matters.

 

Connie is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
