Christina was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2021. She graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2018 and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2019.

 

Christina primarily focuses on debt capital market transactions and bond issuance, which span across a wide range of business sectors such as construction, real estate, infrastructure and energy.

 

She also has experience in initial public offerings, listed company compliance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters.

 

Christina is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
