Chris obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the City University of Hong Kong in 2020. He completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university in 2021.

 

Chris primarily focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters of companies listed on the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

 

Chris is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
