Chris Chan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London, and a Master of Science degree in Professional Accounting & Corporate Governance (Corporate Governance stream) from the City University of Hong Kong. He is also an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.

 

Chris primarily focuses on capital markets, including initial public offering projects, compliance matters for listed companies and other general commercial and corporate legal matters. He is also experienced in a wide range of company secretarial matters.

 

Chris is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
