Chloe is a solicitor qualified in Hong Kong. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong and obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences (Government and Laws) degree, Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL).
Chloe’s areas of practice cover initial public offerings, compliance matters of listed companies under the Listing Rules, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Chloe is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
