Catherine graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Laws. She then completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong.

 

Catherine’s practice focuses on debt capital market transactions. She represents underwriters, trustees and issuers in notes and bonds issuances. Catherine also works on listed company compliance matters and other general corporate and commercial transactions. She has experience in advising on initial public offerings and funds set up.

 

Catherine is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
