Catherine obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Integrated BBA Programme) and Juris Doctor Double Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2023.

 

Catherine mainly assists partners and associates in capital markets transactions, including debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, listed companies compliance and other general commercial and corporate matters.

 

Catherine is proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
