Caroline Chen obtained her Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong.

Caroline mainly assists partners and associates in capital markets projects, including debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, fund establishment, listed companies’ compliance matters and other general commercial and corporate legal matters.

Caroline is proficient in English and Mandarin.
