OVERVIEW
Becky obtained Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in Hong Kong and was admitted as a Hong Kong solicitor. Before becoming a solicitor in Hong Kong, Becky obtained her first Bachelor of Laws degree in Mainland China and was qualified as a PRC lawyer.
Becky’s practice mainly covers capital market, corporate finance, mergers and acquisition and general commercial matters. She has several years of experience in advising on initial public offer projects and compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and The Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs.
Becky is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
