Audrey obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the City University of Hong Kong. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2019.

 

Audrey primarily focuses on debt capital market transactions and assisted various PRC enterprises in different sectors in China in their various offshore bond offerings. Audrey also works on legal and regulatory compliance of Hong Kong listed companies, initial public offerings and general commercial and corporate matters.

 

Audrey is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
