OVERVIEW
Arison Bau is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court in Hong Kong. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from City University of Hong Kong. Arison also holds a bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Arison has extensive experience in initial public offerings (IPOs) and compliance matters relating to both public and private companies. He also has substantial experience handling civil and criminal litigation.
Arison is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
