Annie graduated from the University of Exeter with a Bachelor of Laws. She then completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong.

 

Annie mainly assists partners and associates in capital markets transactions, including debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, listed companies compliance and other general commercial and corporate matters.

 

Annie is proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
