Anna Chen graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 2023 and subsequently earned her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same institution in 2024.

 

Anna primarily focuses on capital markets, including debt capital market transactions, bond issuances, fund establishment, compliance matters for listed companies and other general commercial and corporate legal matters.

 

Anna is proficient in English and Mandarin.
