Alex obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Hong Kong and completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the same institution in 2025.

Alex primarily supports partners and associates in debt capital market transactions, with experience spanning multiple sectors including manufacturing, real estate, tourism, technology, and infrastructure. He has participated in numerous offshore bond issuances for PRC-based enterprises from various provinces across China. Additionally, he assists in handling a broad range of general commercial and corporate matters.

 

Alex is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
